Pure Vital Function Error

I get an error "Pure Vital Function Called" when opening
certain documents. Need help with this because I lose all
information on other documents because Word shuts down
with out notice.

You'll have more luck searching the KB or Google is you use the correct
phrase: "pure virtual function call." For example, you might find the
article "WD2000: Fatal Error Message When You Start Office Program" at
