Put an Html code fragment in a table cell or text box in Pub 2007?

My PayPal "Add to Cart" buttons do not align correctly in Publisher 2007. In
Pub 2000 & 2003 the buttons aligned with no problems, but the Pub 2000 & 2003
constantly crash on my Windows Vista/Windows7 machines. I would like to put
the HTML code fragment into a table cell and have the button appear there.
Does anyone know how to insert an HTML code fragment other than using the
"Insert HTML code fragment" option?

I don't think this can be done with Pub 2000 which regards tables as images,
but unless I'm mistaken from Pub 2002 onward, tables are treated as text
boxes, so try the following:

Type an arbitrary text in the cell in which you want the HTML. Publish the
page on your local browser, if that's possible with your version of Pub, then
open the source document in Notepad (click "View" on you local browser's top
bar and click "Source"). Next, locate the arbitrary text and replace it by
your HTML code. Finally, click on the Notepad document's "File" command then
click on "Save", then close the Notepad document.

The above methodology may or may not work. Please do try it and let us know
if it worked. Thanks
