Put back the capability to insert "Signatures".

The 2003 version of Outlook eliminated the ability to insert "signatures"
from a list. I have a legal disclaimer that needs to be added, but only when
appropriate. Sometimes, I need my full name, title, etc. There's no way to
do that other than the incredibly primitive way in the "Help" section, go
into tools, find the signature, copy it, and then past it... Why not just
put it back into Outlook's functionality.

Which email editor do you use? If you use word, always add a blank signature
and right click and choose the disclaimer sig. You can also use autotext.
outlook's editor still has the insert option.

Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu. Click on the
Mail format tab. Near the bottom will be all of the options
that you are looking for. Don't forget to set it for both
new messages and for replies and forwards. I use 12
different "signatures."
When you open a new message and want to use a different
"signature," right click on the "signature" and select the
version that you want for that particular message.

No, it didn't. I use it every day. There's a "Signature" button on the
Compose window's toolbar.

If you're using Word as your editor, you'll need to use autotext.
