Put into bookmarks and tablerows

J

Jan T.

Hi.
I have to write more than 1000 letters to different customers.
Normally I would just merge the letter with the informasjon, but in
this case the customers will receive different information in a table.
That is some customer will get only a table with a header and one row,
and others will get the same letter with from 2 to 6 rows.

So I need to functions.
One that change the text inside a bookmark, and
another function to add a new row, from 2 - 6 rows, and put in some
text.

After changing text in the bookmarks and updateed the tablerows, I
want to print the letter and start over from the beginning of the
document after deleting all rows in the table except Header row and
first row.

thanks for any help or hints.

Regards Jan T.

Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included
with it as you must get the mail merge main document set up exactly as
required.
