I was having problems with Office and several applications were not acting
correctly so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Now the idiot software
says I am past the 10 licenses that I have. The last 4 licenses have been on
this same computer. Various hard drive failures and hard drive
reconfiguration has required reinstallation. Now when I click to activate
over the phone the dumb wizard just quits and does not carry me to the screen
that allows me to get the phone number to call. Now I can't get the software
activated and I need it now. I don't know why it screwed up in the first
place.

Note: I have the MAPS licenses and I am and MCSE - Windows 2000 and I have
been an office developer for well over 10 years. I know what I am doing but
OFFICE does not know what it is doing.
