Put vertical scroll bar on the LEFT side of windows where text is.

I find I spend way to much time mousing back and forth across the screen
between the text that's typically justified to the left and the scroll bar
that sits on the right.

Maybe you just need an up to date mouse with a wheel, or even a keyboard
with a scroll wheel as well.
And some even do sideways scrolling!

Hi Tedly,

In Word you can change the vertical scroll bar position from the right to the left side of the screen in Tools=>Options=>View by
turning on the 'Left Scroll Bar' choice.
