Putting an Excel pivot report in a letter in Word!

I can't seem to put my pivot report in a letter in word without it looking
too big and not transferring the same. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I tried to copy and paste a pivot table in both 2003 and 2007 without any
problem.

I can copy and paste but it
is clearly too big and I want the pivot report to fit in the letter. Is
there a paste special or a way to resize it or make it fit?
