Putting Icon on Task Bar

How do I put the icon for Outlook on the taskbar. It's now on my desktop and
I would like to have it within easy reach.

Are you talking about the Quick Launch toolbar? If so, you just need to add
a shortcut to the Outlook.exe file. Do a search for that file in Windows if
you're not sure where it is.
