Putting Multiple addresses on a postcard template that is 4 to a p

Cutting Edge Equine

I am trying to use the mail merge function and ti is working well, but my
postcards are set to print 4 to a page. When I use the mail merge it gives
me 4 of the same address. Meaning 4 of each address. to many. Please help

What version Publisher?
Publisher 2002 & 03 print preview will show all the cards the same.

If you are using Publisher 2007 use one of the Avery US Letter postcard
templates, they always work. For a merge to be successful you can only have one
card on your screen.
