Putting Video online

I have a 22MB video in wmv format.. How do I make it availalable on my
website and the most important question is ther any way to reduce the file
size as at 22MB it will take ages for the visitor to download and view!

Way too big for the web

I would probably try re-encoding the video to a smaller bitrate using
Windows Media Encoder(Freeby), you can probably also shring it by using a
lower quality audio, and resizing to a smaller video

Thanks Mike, I managed to convert it to a .avi file 2MB

but can't figure out how to add it to my page?

Any help appreciated.. John P.
