PWA 2003 Browser Closes

I logon to PWA with my Windows user account. Whenever I click on Tasks, it
says 'Loading Data' and then the browser window just closes. Nothing is
being logged to Event Viewer. I have made sure that the PWA site is in my
trusted sites and all permissions for Active X controls are enabled. I have
also tried deleting the cookies and temp internet files. I have removed the
PWA Active X controls, and let them re-install. I have also manually
replaced and registered the Active X controls using the local administrator
account. Nothing seems to help. I can however, log into Citrix and this
site works fine. Furthermore, I had no problems with this site in the past,
but not sure what caused the problem because it had been a couple of months
since I used the site previously.

Any ideas on what is causing this and/or things to try?

Tyler,

Have you installed any Google or other toolbars for IE?
What if any Add-ons are you running?

I do have Google toolbar installed. If I'm not mistaken, this was installed
before I had this problem. No other toolbars. As for add-ons, I assume you
mean on the server side and I'm trying to find out. Will post that as soon
as I know.

No server add-ons. As far as browser add-ons, there are several Microsoft
ones, Apple ITunes, Adobe Shockwave, a couple of Sun for Java, and Sonic
DriveLetterAccess.

Tyler,
Are you using Windows Authentication? Is your browser set to log in with
username and password?

To check:
Open Internet Explorer
Go to tools, internet options, Security. Click on Trusted Sites.
(First Click on sites and ensure that (http://servernameforprojectserver) is
in your trusted sites click OK to exit if it is or add it if not)
Click on Custom Level scroll down to user authentication at the bottom of
the list.
If you use AD click on Log on with Username and Password) if not click
anonymous. you can try each of these setting to see if any work - restart the
browser after you change it each time)
