PWA 2003 enter times on behalf of another user

Hello,
is it possilble with Project Server Web Access 2003 to insert actual work on
behalf of another user (Tasks tab).

I know that in 2007 there is the notion of surrogate timesheets that is
something near what I need, but is there any soluiton for 2003?

Sorry Elsa, that is not possible, you will need to re-assing the tasks to
someone else. The "surregate timesheet" functionality does not exist in 03
