PWA 2003 from Win 98 Machine

I've not been able to connect to the PWA page. The server os and project
server is 2003. The client machine is 98, the user cannot even access the
server via network neighborhood either, it shows up but is unaccessible.
However, when I have the same user log in to a terminal server session he's
able to do so. Any suggestions?

Are you kidding me? I have other users running windows 98 and they can
access the project web access site on the Windows 2003 project server.

Jeremy:

AFAIK, the minimum supported requirements for PWA 2003 functionality to work
correctly is: Windows 2000 pro with SP3 installed. You also should have the
latest version of MDAC and, I suggest, IE version 6.
