PWA 2003 issues after cleanup

Hi

Recently our PWA Administrator cleaned up some old projects (and their
associated sites in Sharepoint 2003). After the cleanup, he asked for a
shrink database for both the Project Server and the Sharepoint databases. We
have already done that.
The issue is that currently we are having big trouble when the users try to
open their active projects......
Any idea about this and how to solve it? Any help would be appreciated since
this is our main application, based on the platform of Project Server and
Sharepoint 2003 (both)

You need to get just a wee bit more technical and specific than "we are
having big trouble when the users try to open their active projects"

Take a deep breath or two and describe the bit trouble.
