What is the PWA 2003 Permission called that permits a user to EDIT the custom
fields within the Project Center?

How about the category permission of Edit Project Properties in Project

Hi Ben,

That's what I would think too! But, I do not see 'Edit Project Properties
in Project Center'. I think they call it by some other obscure description.

What I see is only these (in category):

Adjust Actuals
Approve Timesheets for Resources
Assign Resource
Build Team On Project
Create New Task or Assignment
Delete Project
Edit Enterprise Resource Data
Open Project
Save Project
See Enterprise Resource Data
See Projects in Project Center
See Projects in Project Views
See Resource Assignments in Assignment Views
View Risks, Issues, and Documents

am I missing something?

I got it... here are the settings one would need to be able to enable the
full use of the Edit button in PWA:

View Project View
Open Project
Save Project
See Projects in Project Center
