PWA 2003 - Share Point Services Doc Libaries-Search does not work

We recently started using the Document Library in PWA 2003 to store our
controlled documents. Has been working ok except now we have a large number
of documents and the SEARCH feature says "Containing" but actually is looking
for an exact match. Does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere to make
it do a Contains search instead of exact match?

From my experience, sharepoint only does an exact match. There might be a
product out there to do simple searches.

I need to clarify my first posting below. Upon closer review the search is
not working at all. No items are being returned with the Search action and
have been able to confirm that there should be something in the results. Is
there a known issue with Search feature not working and/or can you point me
in the direciton of where to look for a configuration setting regarding the
Search action?

Issue fixed this morning. Share Point Application configuration setting for
SEARCH feature was turned off and then back on. Seemed to have taken care of
the problem.
