PWA 2003's view cannot be updated & Can't build a OLAP cube.

Dear,
We use project server 2003 with SQL 2000. If we edit the project and publish
it, the view of the project can't be updated in PWA. And OLAP cube can't be
build too. It worked normally before I applied the service pack SP2a. Pls
give me some advice.

I applied the project server to sp2a 2 weeks ago. Because we want to migrate
the project server 2003 to 2007.
And the migration requests us to apply the patches. According to Microsoft
document, I applied the SQL patch at first.
Then intalled the sp2a to project server 2003.
I upgraded the server to sp2a directly. We didn't install SP1 or sp2 before.

We need to then assume that there may be corruption in the troublesome
plans. Try saving the SW1_Dept_Tasks.Published project to an mpp file,
delete it from the server, use the import wizard to bring it back into the
system and then republish everything.
