PWA 2007 access denied to all but admin

New (newbie) install on top of MOSS on a VM:
Everything looks good, no event log errors, security events show login
success for domain users.

I have synched the following 2 AD groups
Domain Admins = Adminstrators
Domain Users = Team Members
Both sychronizations report success.
NO ONE can log in to pwa! Only the original adminstrator account. Shouldn't
all domain users at least be able to log in?
I don't need to add each user individually do I?

go to PWA > server settings > Manage users. Tell me if you can see all users
in there. If so open a user and see what user group they are assigned to. If
they are not assiged to a user group, than there is something wrong with your
AD syncronisation.
Also a user is not a resource. You will need to make sure that you sync an
AD group to your resource pool

It may make sense to buy a Project Server Admin book. I can recommend the
Project Server books from the projectexperts.

Marc,
Thank you for the response.
PWA > server settings > Manage users shows only the administrator no other
users at all.
As posted before I've mapped AD Domain Admins = Project Server Adminstrators
and AD Domain Users = Project server Team Members.
Sychronization reports Success. Any idea on where to start troubleshooting
this issue?

Pete:

It sounds to me like you're synching groups for groups membership, but
overlooked the fact that you have to first set the base synchronization
group for the resource pool from Server Settings > Operational Policies >
Active Directory Resource Pool Synchronization. Make sure that all of your
users are in this group and then in the additional groups that you map to
Security Groups using the Add or Edit Group page.
