PWA Access Error

One of my resources can hit his PWA home page, but as soon as he cliicks on
anything else - he gets booted. His PC can see the Project Server on both
IE side as well as in MS Project. I am thinking that maybe the control
files are corrupted that are downloaded when you access PWA for the first
time. Does anyone know how I can remove and reload those control files?

Thanks!

Randy:

This can be caused by a number of things: Out-dated MDAC on the client
machine, security settings on the client machine, Browser Add-ons such as
net accelerators, toolbars and popup blockers, especially the Google popup
blocker.

Like Gary eludes too, my experience with a PWA user base has been the google
popup blocker and others like it and security settings. This has been the
typical culprit, and unfortunately, each user tends to make their IE just a
bit different than others so it tends to be a custom job to fix with each
user. The typical request is "it just stopped working today".
