PWA - action pane & menu bar missing

I have a user that I need to be able to access PWA. He can view a project's
information fine, but the side pane/action pane are missing from his screen,
and the menu bar across the top of the screen is also missing. No other
users have this problem.

Any help appreciated

Check this...

Check the address that he accesses Project Server with. There are
additional get string variables that start with SimpleUI=
you can add to the end of the address to hide parts of the page. Maybe they
have a favorites link to the home page with a SimpleUI command at the end of
the link.

Users should be able to access the site using http://sitename/projectserver
and not add any additional bits off the end.
