PWA and SP1

[New to Project]

I cannot access PWA from Project Pro 2003 machine after SP1 was installed.
It will not install the activeX controll for SP1.I have deleted PJ class
files, no popup blockers in use, checked that workstation will install the 4
key activeX objects. Did the trusted zone and security stuff. the works. The
server install was bad enough, SP1 3 pack, just when I think I am home free
I get this? I CAN access PWA from a computer without Project Pro 2003 SP1.
Where do I go from here?

[New to Project]

Unistall project, Access PWA (Http://Server name/projectserver) and verify it
works, Reinstall Project 2003 and download SP1 from Office update. All is
good
