PWA application and Workspace seperated

Hi,

I have successfully been able to seperate PWA and workspaces and used the
Relinking tool, but have found that 2 web parts break and I receive a 401
errors and 405 errors in the ULS logs. I have tried to use the method from
Christophe Fiessinger

But am still not able to get this to work. Is this a known issue, or am I
doing something wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
