PWA connection then Project Pro 2007 connection

Hello,
I just installed the SP2 on my Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition.
While my Project Server was working fine before this update, now Project Pro
2007 is unable to connect on the Project Server databases until PWA is
connected. So I have always to activate PWA before Project Pro.
Any idea ?
