PWA Data Analysis Errors

Some users are experiencing the following error when trying to access Data
Analysis within PWA.

The Query could not be processed:
The following system error occurred: No connection could be made because the
target machine actively refused it.

I have had the user log into the server directly and they have no problem
with accessing Data Analysis. They have correct permissions. So I believe
it has something to do with their client, but have had no luck in checking
Internet Options as they are set the same as on the server. Any ideas?

What OS are you running on your desktops? You need to install the OLEDB 9
provider and update MSXML to v 6 on non Vista systems. Also, make sure that
access data across domains is enabled in the custom security level for the
trusted sites zone and that the site is in the trusted site zone.
