PWA Date Format

PWA appears to show all dates in mm/dd/yyyy format, but I want to have it
shown as per the regional settings of the PC that the user is logged on to,
or at least define the format in PWA on a per user basis. For example, my
default date format is dd/mm/yyyy, so it can be quite confusing to have PWA
displaying in mm/dd/yyyy format.
Is there an option somewhere that this can be set?

Change the regional settings for the site collection hosting PWA. (from PWA
actions, site settings, regional settings)

Sorry, but I'm not sure where to find this? I can't see this on the PWA
site. Also, I forgot to mention that I'm using Project Server 2007.

Hi David,

Go to your PWA home page and look towards the top right-hand corner, there
should be a tab called Site Actions, click that and then click Site Settings.
From there you can can select Regional Settings from the Site Administration
list and change yor values there.

You probably want to change the Locale from English (US) to English (UK)

Thanks - I think I looked at this but didn't realise the language setting
controlled the date format.

Hi,
We are using MSProject Server 2007 too.
I have done this change to the regional ettings also , but the only thing
that doesn't change is the date format of the columns header in a weekly grid
format of the "My Tasks" view. They are still showing the mm/dd date format.
Is there any way to change that as well (i have looked in the web part
settings but couldn't find such option...)?
Thanks,
Yaara.

This technique does work, however, I have a global team and some people want
mm/dd/yy and others want dd/mm/yy. Can this be set on a per-user basis?
