PWA durations do not jive with Pro

Our project calendar (in Enterprise Global) is based on an 8 hour day, and
this works fine in Pro. Upon reviewing our plans via PWA, I noticed what
appears to be a conflict on the duration field--it seems like it is
considering a 6 hour day.

For example, the duration for Task #3 is 10 days 6/9 - 6/20 but the same
task viewed via PWA is 13.33 days while maintaining the 6/9 and 6/20
start/end dates.

Is there is a separate day definition setting unique to PWA - any ideas?

Thanks,

Can you verify a couple of things....

1) Are the resource units i.e. assigned on the task 100%???
2) Also verify whether the resource units where changed at some point of
time during the progress or not as PP changes the duration i.e. increases it
in case u lessen the resource unit... However if you rechange it 100% it does
not decrease the duration automatically......

I might have misinterpreted your question but this is wht I understood... No
PWA does not have a seperate setting for duration.....

If I misunderstood you please re-iterate ur question.....

Ehsan,

1) Yes
2) Verified that this is not the problem.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Marcus:

It always helps to specify which version and SP level you're working on.
With that said, open your Enterprise Global, and click on Tools > Change
Working Times. Make sure that the calendar settings agree with the settings
on the page displayed when you select the Options button in the calendar
dialog. When these settings are not in synch, you'll get mismatched
durations.
