PWA Editing project properties - is this a bug?

In PWA, when editing project properties, if changes are made only to Project
Name or Owner fields, when selecting Save or Save and Publish, changes are
not saved. Changes are however saved IF any change is also made to any of the
fields in the Project Custom Fields section.

Is this a known bug? Is there a patch for it?

Hi,
Is this P2003 or P2007?
Certainly, if P2007 then Microsoft are aware of these types of issues when
editing via PWA and I hope will be fixed in SP1, the date of which is yet to
be released.

If this is P2003, then make sure you are on the latest Service Pack.
