PWA - Error Access Denied

Here is the message I am receiving. Current User. You are currently signed in
as: PILOT\userid". It appears PWA still has me logged in. How do I break
that session? I can access the server from the client but not thru PWA.

Clear the cache in IE

Ensure the option "Automatic logon with current user name and password" is
selected in the zone settings in IE.
