PWA Home Page not displaying Issues

Ok we are running Project Server 2002 with Project Professional.
We have a test project published that has issues entered and the people that are assigned
to them are not seeing them on either their home page or on the issues page until you drill down into the project.
What are we doing wrong? A previous post suggested synchronizing USERS and another suggested making sure
that the Team Member is actually a resource on the project. Snycro users resulted in no changes and the Team
Members are definately resources. We are hoping to go live in a week so any help would be appreciated!!

Brad:

This indicates that there may be a problem with the STSReader or STSAdmin
account. Are you certain that these have the proper SQL permissions? The STS
reader account must have a the datareader role in the STS database, and the
STSAdmin account must have the security admin role in the database.

Just to let you know that did not help. Although it was not set properly in the beginning we have since made the changes.

After the changes I entered an issue for myself and logged out of PWA closed the browser and reentered the PWA still no issues - I also had someone else put in an issue that pointed at me and it does not show either.

Any pother possibilities???
