PWA - how to block timesheet reporting on a completed task

Hi
I'm using project server 2003, I would like to block resource reporting on a
task that is completed, and it is in the resource timesheet?
I don't want to delete the task from the project plan.

Ein --

In Project Server 2003, there is no default method to close updates on a
completed task. Therefore, you need to make this a training and performance
issue with your team members. Hope this helps.

If the project has been completed then you can change the booking type for
all your resources to "Proposed" and re-publish. This will remove the
assignments from the resources timesheet in 2003. However, for closing
specific tasks on a non-closed project, there is not good solution other
than training users to use the "Current Assignments" view instead of "All
Assignments" since "Current Assignments" will filter out completed
assignments.
