PWA Intranet and Intenet access

Hello,

is it possile to see the PWA both from the internet and on my local network.
I added
an Alternate Access Mapping and can now see the PWA frmo teh internet but no
longer from teh local machines within my network, does anyone know the
settings I need to be able to see the PWA internally and externally?
