I've got one user whose PWA client freezes every time when
he flips to the Tasks screen. The "Loading Data" dialog
box appears, and it just hangs there.
When I review the error message it reads as follows:

Char: 13
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0

No other users of PWA are running into this problem, so I
think the issue is isolated to the user's laptop. Any
ideas on what to do or where to go?
I found this article on MS Support site, but it seems like
there would be more than one user affected. The rest of
the 350 users have no problems. Any ideas?
