PWA Login Error

I'm hoping someone can provide me some insight here.

I have some users that are unable to login to PWA. All
users are in the same domain and are using Windows NT
authentication for their login.

When they open their browser to PWA - PWA prompts them for
their login information and returns the following error
message.

"Your account does not have permission to logon. Change
the account in your profile or contact your server
administrator. (5016)"

Any ideas?
