PWA Open Multiple Projects

In trying to open multiple projects in PWA, I select the projects, then click Open icon. I get vbscript error msg: You need MS Pro 2002 or 03 ( I have 03). Verify that correct account for this project server has been set up, etc. I have acct setup and use it constantly. I have also noticed that I cannot do updates starting from PWA. If I start in Pro with above mentioned acct, select update project progress, it calls up version of PWA within Pro window and I can accept and update fine. The ability to open mulitiple project at the same time is critical. What should I try? Thanks.

When you select the projects to open from the Project Center, Project Pro
should be closed. You need to allow PWA to open Project. Problems like this
can happen if you use a different URL to access PWA than you used to setup
your Project Server account in Project Pro. Example, you use the IP address
in one place and the NetBIOS name in the other, or you use a DNS friendly
name in one place and the NetBIOS name in the other, etc.
