PWA problem - First login after installing SP2a

Dear all,

I got a big problem after installing the Project Server SP2a. It keep
displaying the license agreement time and time again even after I login. It
seems that it cannot download and install the PWA activex control
successfully. Consequently, I downloaded the PWA activeX controls and
register manually. But the problem still exist.

Help me pls,

Hi,
Log in as local administrator and then try to download the controls.
Make sure that in I.E your active X is set to enable or prompt.
Subsequently make sure you dont have google toolbar in your IE page
else
