PWA Project Views - Adding new Operators?

Does anyone know if it is possible and or how to add Operators to the Manage
Views feature in PWA? Currently the only ones available when I try to set
filters are: Equals, Not Equal to, Begins With and Contains.
We really need to be able to choose Does Not Contain or Does not Begin with.
Any assistance would be very helpful.
