PWA Resource Reports - indicators column

Again, referred to this group from the general discussion group. My company
has actually paid tech support to find a solution to this but it has been
almost a year since we have looked into it. It is apparently a known "issue"
with 2003 and I am looking for a work around. I am also wondering if Project
2007 has addressed and corrected this.

Every time we make a resource change to a project - it returns the old

What you are seeing in the View Resource Assignments page is what your team
members also see on their PWA timesheet page, which is cancelled assignments
(as indicated by the black X symbol). Refer to the following FAQ for a way
to delete cancelled assignments:

The procedure deletes cancelled tasks from both the PWA timesheet and the
View Resource Assignments pages. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for the info. Our resources already use the hide tool, so
that piece is covered.

I reviewed the information in the link you supplied with the IS team, if we
go through the delete process will it be permanent or will these
"old/obsolete/deleted" tasks return the next time we publish all?
