PWA updates still show red even though the Project Pro plan shows them updated

Help

I am seeing this error. When the PM updates the hours
submitted by the resource in PWA and subsequently accepts
them in Project Pro, they still show up Red in PWA and the
Accept sign in front of the tasks does not go away. It
does not even let me change teh accept to reject or blank.

Please let me resolution to this error.
