pwa user insufficient privileges

A user in our enterprise is given a message that he has insufficient
privileges to access the PWA site. Using the "Manage Users" server page,
I've verified that he has all the privleges that he needs. He's using IE 6
web browser. He was added to the MS Project Server Enterprise Resources via
Active Directory (as all users were).

I suspect the Active Directory synch or his Windows privileges, but is there
something else I should check?

Thanks

Also might be worth checking his account has been set up in Sharepoint.
Site Actions -> Site Settings -> Advanced Permissions

I've seen instances where users added are given permissions in the PWA, but
not here, and hence can't actually access the PWA. Wasn't sure if it was a
'feature' of our installation or a bugette.

Cheers,

Jonathan

Jonathan,

I verified that his account had been set up in Sharepoint by following your
suggestion...it had and he had "Team member" privleges, as most of the other
users had. Any other thoughts?

The category permissions for the user are fine..he has the following
permisisons (as most of the other users do):

My projects -> team member
My personal projects -> project manager
My tasks -> team member

Global: team member

Any other suggestions?

Sorry Scott, that was my one idea.

If you do find out what it was, I'd like to hear.

Best of luck,

Jonathan
