An enterprise resource is assigned to a task in project pro, project is
saved to server, but user logs in to PWA and cannot see task under task
view.
What connects the resource to the PWA user?

In your Microsoft Project 2002 plan, you need to publish the task
assignments to PWA in order for your resources to see their tasks. To do
this, click either Collaborate - Publish - New and Changed Assignments or
Collaborate - Publish - All Information. Even though the name of your
project has the file extension ".published" does not mean that you have
published the project to PWA. The file extension ".published" only means
you have saved the project in the Project Server database. Hope this helps.
