PWA View Resource Assignment

In Project Web Access, I enjoy accessing [Resource - View Resource Assignment].
Because I can see all assignment information of all resources, I am
satisfied with the information.

The trouble is... In the past "View Resource Assignment" menu was working
well. But now it works well only partly.

For example, in MS Project Professional I used enterprise resource using
[Tools - Build Enterprise Team] menu.
I assigned 'Recource A" on the task aa of project 07-A-01.
I published The project 07-A-01 to Project Server, using [Collaboration -
Publish - All Information].
Now I logged on Project Web Access. I clicked project name at Project Center
and I could find "Resource A" assigned in tasks.

But!!!
When I clicked [Resource] menu and moved to [View Resource Assignment] menu,
I couldn't find even the name of "Resource A".
I can see some resource and I cannot see some resources who I had assigned.

There is no filter applied. I chose "all tasks", not "current tasks".
And I log on as an administrator which means I have almight permissions on
pwa.
But, I can't see many resource names and their project assignment in [View
Resource Assignment] menu.

Why is it happening?
