PWA2003 and IE7

I have a PWA user that has had IE7 for quite some time. For some reason as of
last week they are unable to access PWA. The IE error suggests that the user
is either not connected the to internet or the site is down. All websites
except for PWA can be accessed from her browser. We first tried to restore
the default security settings on her browser, and when that didn't work we
set the trusted site security level to low. Still the same. Does anyone have
any ideas as to what we can look for as a browser issue to resolve this for
her? All other PWA users using IE6 and IE7 are able to access the site.

Another note: we had the same issue with another user in the past and it was
resolved by removing their google ie toolbar. This user doesnt have this or
any other toolbars installed.

I didnt see any, but I will check again just to be certian. As far as we
know, there was nothing else installed to the machine prior to the user
having issues.

Thanks Gary

Flush the cache and cookies, and check for saved passwords under User
Account management in Control Panel. Make sure that the user can logon using
another machine to make sure that this is isolated to the machine, not the
user.

Good suggestion thanks, but there are no saved passwords. Our desktop team
has reinstalled her browser and cleaned her cache and cookies. It is isolated
to that one machine because she can login to PWA from other machines. We
thought that her profile may be an issue but its the same problem for any
user that logs into that computer. For now as a workaround, we have her login
to PWA through a citrix connection.

I'm not sure if they will like that option, but i guess we will see. I'll
post back to let you know how it turned out. Thanks for your help. :)
