PXT e-mail crashes Outlook 2003

John G

Received a PXT attachment from a mobile phone which
Outlook cannot open, and which crashes the program.

As it is the last message and UI have Outlook set to open
on e-mail, I now cannot use Outlook as each time it opens
it immediately crashes.

Does anyone know of a way to delete a message through Win
explorer, or any other way, short of
uninstalling/reinstalling Office altogether, please?

Can you open Outlook in Safe Mode? Start=>Run=>Outlook.exe /safe?
