Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to send this question, so my
apologies if it's not and please let me know what would be the correct group.
I was wondering if there was some sort of program to capture any and all
print jobs before it goes to the printer -- regardless of the program.
We have several programs, some office based, some not office based, and
we're looking for a general solution for all. The intent is that any time you
request to print a file, a window pops up and asks "where do you want to
print" and gives the user an option to print to a file instead of a printer
(say, to adobe). I know you can select the printer, but we're looking for
something that always asks the user as it's become habit to just print to the
default printer.
We're on Win2000 Pro, if that helps.
