Hi,
I've created a report for this database I have.
If the report for a customer should exceed the ideal one-page length,
then I need to be able to do several things, depending on if the
receipt (the report) will exceed that one page.
The receipt includes all the service details, for their car or truck.
In order of importance, this is what I want to do:
1) Keep the headings stratight as I am using a background for the
report which mimic's the user's desired receipt format. This part
works well, except when if the customer's receipt is more than one
page long.
2) I have a "Total" field, in which I need to add the total of parts
and labor, and then figure the tax 4.5%
This is not a problem if the report is one page, but what about
multiple pages of detail. I figure I may as well include the tax for
the total bill on each page, unless there's a better way to do it.
Can you help?
