I use this function from Microsoft to find out all the users on one of my
access databases:

I get an error-3251 on the OpenSchema function. Thing is, it works fine in
some databases, but doesn't work in others. And in the ones where it doesn't
work, it used to work before. I created all the databases, though on the ones
that do work, they are accessed by users who use Access 2003 (I use Access
2000).
I'm kinda lost on what could be causing the inconsistency, although I'm
guessing it might be related to the users on Access2003 somehow changing the
database.
Any ideas as to how to get this to work with all my databases?
