Q: Picture Border Color? [FrontPage 2002]

I want to choose a specific color of picture border. How do I do that?

what you want.

That may not be well supported. I tried different things, but I finally
ended up adding the border in Paintshop Pro.

Sorry, I found the CSS and can and do change picture border colors.

Question number # 2:

How to setup a "picture border color" for all pictures on website?

For now I'm changing the color individually for each photo and I am
only 3 pages done :)
