Q327120 was my first prob...NOW?

I am using Windows XP

Installed service pac 1 and got the Q327120 error.

said yes and continued with install. then i could get
connected but could not get mail. uninstalled Spam
Inspector and norton Anti virus (the conflicting port 110
users)...no luck

uninstalled service pack....my computer is in super super
slow motion cant do anything

Help please!!!!
