I used to work at a firm where we used access as a CRM-tool. In my new job i
need a similar tool, where i can import business contacts adresses etc, and
use it as a sales tool for my sales personell. I've been trying to find
something to get me started but nothing has helped me yet. Has anyone
experience with this?
Today we use excel lists along with NAV, but for smaller campaigns i need a
fast tool where the record can easily be imported by my, an easy window for
my personel and some sort of reports.
