Quality Templates

I'm looking for some really high quality Web templates to
help me put up a site quickly. Themes could be
entertainment and communication, both of which relate to
distribution of digital media.

I've seen the materials on helendesigns and ultravertex,
which are getting close. Anyone know of even better
sources?
